Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NaturalPetPantry.com website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Fedwithmoxie, LLC dba Natural Pet Pantry ("we," "us," or "the Company"), located at 804 SW 151st Street, Burien, WA 98166.

By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Accounts

You may browse our Site without creating an account. To place orders, you must register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and a delivery fee will be added during checkout.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

Product descriptions and images are provided for reference and may not exactly represent the product you receive. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all descriptions are error-free.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards. Payment is processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees. Your card may be charged at the time of order placement or at a later date prior to delivery.

If a payment fails or is declined, we are under no obligation to fulfill the order. You are responsible for any fees resulting from failed payments.

4. Delivery

We deliver to select areas in the greater Seattle region. Delivery availability is determined by your address and our current delivery zones. Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order and report any issues promptly using our contact form.

5. Recurring Orders

We offer recurring delivery options that allow you to receive products on a regular schedule. By setting up a recurring order, you authorize us to charge your payment method and deliver the selected products at the chosen frequency until you cancel.

You may modify or cancel recurring orders at any time through your account. Changes must be made before the order cutoff deadline for your next scheduled delivery. Orders already processed cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or modify a pending order before it has been processed for delivery. Each delivery date has a cutoff deadline, after which orders are finalized and payment is collected. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.

If you are unsatisfied with a product or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be credited to your original payment method.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

7. Coupons & Discounts

Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, coupons are single-use, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be redeemed within the specified time frame. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

8. Text Messages (SMS)

When you choose SMS notifications in your account, you authorize us to send automated text messages about your own orders (delivery reminders, edit-deadline reminders, order confirmations, payment-failure alerts, and refund confirmations) to the phone number you have verified. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier.

You may also opt in to a promotional "delivery area reminder" from your Notifications tab. When enabled, we send a reminder before we're scheduled to deliver in your neighborhood, using the channel(s) you have selected (email, SMS, or both). This reminder is optional and can be turned off at any time.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP from your verified phone, or by changing your notification preference back to email-only in your account. Text HELP for help. SMS notifications are optional; opting out will not affect your ability to use our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Natural Pet Pantry or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Pet Pantry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Pet Pantry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in King County, Washington.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding an order or our services, please contact us first. We will make every effort to resolve the matter within 21 days. Your right to take legal action remains unaffected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
