What It Takes to Carry Our Food
Fresh food is different from shelf-stable kibble. The information below is what we need in place before your first delivery.
A Washington reseller permit
We need your reseller permit on file before the first order so we can sell to you tax exempt.
A storefront customers can walk into
A physical shop with regular hours and a business phone. We don't open accounts at residential addresses or for sellers with no store.
Freezer space, ready to stock
Our food arrives frozen and has to stay that way. You'll need freezer room cleared and running before your opening order. We don't place freezers in stores, so the space is yours to provide.
No reselling on marketplaces
Having an account doesn't extend to Amazon, Chewy, eBay, or similar. Those listings undercut your fellow partners and your own margin along with them. Selling through your own website is welcome.
A team that knows the food
Natural Pet Pantry products sell when the retail staff can answer the hard questions. We bring the training and the samples, we just ask that your team takes us up on it.

Restocked Weekly, Not Monthly
Most of our routes run weekly, with a few going every other week. This allows for flexible ordering so your freezer stays stocked with what is moving.

Samples for Your Customers
Shoppers are quicker to switch foods when their pet can try it first. We provide samples of our raw dog food, gently cooked dog food, and raw cat food so your team can send customers home with a taste.
